A great fitness centre with great members. The owner Jordan is unbelievably motivating and supportive, this is a fitness centre where all shapes and sizes are welcomed, somewhere you can train, get fit, have fun and meet great people! Would highly recommend.

I’m 57 and attend 5 or 6 times a week.Great trainers who push you to get the best out of yourself.
